If you wanna keep those sulfates and parabens and other shit chemicals out of your treasured locks but still want soft hair or a scalp that's not dry, Hank Sheriff has the answer.
Wet your hair.
Throw some coconut oil in it.
Wait 3-20 mins.
Wash hair with castile soap or african black soap or something non-toxic.
Keep the hair off your face while letting coconut oil sit unless you want clogged pores.
An inclusive, enlightening guide to your body/brain and everything I, Hank Sheriff have discovered that's good and not boring you can do with it.

My theories on both evolution and the potential connection between every existing cell
The connection between all cells and a glimpse at the ideas and possible roots of
spirituality,
religion,
& psychedelic substances:
spirituality,
religion,
& psychedelic substances:
Since science can’t currently explain the vast amount of mysteries surrounding the state of
consciousness; it’s fair to propose the idea that chemical compounds we describe as psychoactive
and mainly hallucinogenic substances evoke particular visuals, experiences and sensory responses
based on the user’s past, their unique physiological makeup, memories, surroundings, thoughts,
mindset, goals. This concept is accepted by most. It’s regarded as a very reasonable explanation
behind the unique, differing experiences every person can experience through a particular substance
or activity.
This hypothesis can be expanded upon and obtain a more religious or ‘spiritual’ bias. Most likely this
will appear far-fetched. But this is currently an important theory for me, one I’ve only been
formulating for a short while; nonetheless an effective, perceivable, functional method of finding
sense in this universe. Or at least a therapeutic kind of potential sense. Let’s begin by establishing
the possibility that all cells within the universe are connected in some currently inexplicable form.
This may not seem preposterous if you remind yourself there was a time when the entire, infinitely
expanding and vastly undiscovered universe was technically nonexistent. If every cell does hold a
deeper connection we don’t yet fully understand, I believe we have endogenous access to an inner
network that gives us not only an outsider’s perspective but also a homely, native glimpse to the
normally otherworldly places beyond our own planet as well as access to an extended perception stemming
from within planet earth.

We can find access to these mind bending experiences through numerous methods, practices,
beliefs, chemicals. Many believe that otherworldly, spiritual journeys triggered without exogenous
substances are caused by stimulation of the pineal gland as it produces a chemical known as
dimethyltryptamine or - DMT. What could be causing this supposed inner storage of DMT activation
in numerous humans throughout history? There are many routes our species have followed that
have potentially unleashed the power of dimethyltryptamine; religion, meditation, actively inhibiting
calcification of the pineal gland and interestingly, near-death experiences. Though while the
connection lies within us and every cell that exists around us, it would make no sense for
endogenous DMT to be the only way towards a peek inside the universe. I believe every
psychedelic substance gives you a different level of access. Perhaps each different compound
reacting with your brain opens your perception to a particular visible frequency or wavelength,
explaining the big differences in experience between one substance and another.
If the potential for our experiences with these chemicals sits within us, waiting to be activated
by any potential substance, a more spiritual, possibly religious outlook on psychoactive/psychedelic
substances can be created.

It’s important to remain aware I’m not stating that all effects of psychedelic/psychoactive
substances are about engaging and stimulating journeys further outside of your perceivable
existence. Certain chemicals and certain reactions will purely affect the brain’s functioning
and only alter the perception of whatever the user experiences under the influence.
In summary, I believe the sensitivity our consciousness obviously possesses is sorely overlooked
by the scientific world. The connection every human has deep within the walls of our skin to
deep outside, across the depths of space and time need not go unnoticed and under-utilised.
If faith is held in the existence of this connection or at least acknowledgement throughout one’s
life, perhaps one might be rewarded some day with a vivid recollection of the beginning of the
universe, perhaps an explanation of its purpose or one’s specific purpose in the ol’ grande scheme.
Evolution:
Nature provides every living organism with at least one test to determine whether that organism
is worthy of survival and creation/growth of its potential lineage.
In the case of humans, every human is provided with the means to pass the test of evolutionary
durability at birth, and mental integrity plays a big part in the outcome of human life.
You either pass or fail. Failure could be a slow decline or it could be quick as a flash.
Despite preliminary passes during the early stages of life, nature is designed to test us multiple
times to see if we’re still up to par.
The idea of the progression of the human population and its development within the past 100
years or more being unnatural is sorely misguided and inaccurate. Yes it's true we engage in
strange new activities and own strange technology our species never had a few years ago - what about
this is unnatural? The moment in history Homo sapiens emerged, our potential for growth and
intelligence was decided. Humans may commit countless amounts of cruel acts against both nature and
other humans but just because we believe something is wrong doesn't make it inherently unnatural.
